The Independence Center (IC), operated by United Way of Greater Waterbury partner agency Mental Health Connecticut, is located off The Green in Waterbury.
The work of the IC is aligned under United Way’s Basic Needs Impact Area – in the Health Care strand – as a mental health support program.
